Had my RV in the shop and instead of inconveniencing my friends to come pick me up and drop me off to bring the RV home, I just scheduled an ICATS pickup. It was FANTASTIC. The app continuously keeps you updated on the time the bus will arrive and the driver was very nice and the bus was clean. For 1 dollar it was a great deal!! I had the misconception that only disabled and elderly were allowed to use this service. It is great that anyone in Iredell County can utilize this service! I did not have a long wait and of course I wasn't being picked up and brought back home by ICATS but I would expect to have some wait time since other citizens are utilizing the service also. And we all know Mooresville traffic can be a mess so please be courteous if you have a wait a little longer for your pickup or drop off. For a dollar, I think it is one of the best values in Iredell County!!!

ICATS truly is 1 of the finest ways to travel throughout our county ICATS services. With the price set as it is, as low as it is, the use of this transportation for all ppl cannot be beat. ICATS personnel bend over backwards to aide & assist all ppl. Should anyone be uncertain about anything pertaining to ICATS & their aide to our ppl of tge county, then Call ICATS there the excellant staff can & will assist you in the fashion your needs will be met to the best of ALL employees of ICATS. I had to use ICATS for the first time this past Tuesday on Feb 7th. I was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect as I am not used to using public transportation. My drivers name was Laura and she was just so friendly and helpful explaining how ICATS worked when I asked her and she made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. She explained that I had to call ICATS when I was done to be picked up and if it wasn't for her explaining that to me I would have never known and would have just been standing outside of my Drs office waiting to be picked up. Laura was on time picking me up and I even made it to my appointment early. I was hoping she was going to be my driver on my way home but I had a very nice man named Jeremiah who was very polite and we engaged in conversation on my way home which made the ride home just as pleasant as my ride to the Dr. I am disabled and on a fixed income so the $1 each way was just so helpful and a blessin, you can't ask for anything better then being picked up and dropped off at your house. I will definitely use ICATS again and will highly recommend it to my friends. Thank you to my drivers for making it a pleasant experience.

The only problem I ever had with ICAtTS was having to wait. However, if you don't have a vehicle or a. Freimd or relative to take you. You would probably have to wait on them too. They always get me where I needed to go on time and home safely.
